The fragility and hope of spring

My theme is The fragility and hope of spring. I took all the photos during spring break in Japan. In Japan, graduation ceremonies are usually held in March and entrance ceremonies in April. This means that the season of encounter and the season of separation are at the same time, which is both ephemeral and hopeful. I have two spring art projects this year. We have chosen a theme that can be associated with studio arts. My studio art’s theme is “Sadness and growing”. I painted cherry blossoms and the girl wore a Japanese uniform which I took during spring break. I used a lot of places when I took photos. I went to the elementary and middle school I attended. I missed the desks, the blackboards, the classrooms, school, everything made me nostalgic. I tried to use just cool colors for my series.
