For this art project, the main theme is about loss and desire, more specifically is about the theme of perseverance. The artist wants to do a combination artworks of flowers because to the artist, flowers bring the spiritual power and freshness. The reason why the artist chose to do an artwork about flowers, not only because she thinks it is the simplest art she can do, but flowers remind her of the moments that understand life after a lot of sadness and and events and flowers do help us to understand and relax about ourselves and start accepting the good things from the smallest things around us. This year school theme is “Honor Individual Strength and Resilience” and she thinks her artwork has a strong connection with the school theme. This theme is relevant to her because it related to all of the experience she had before. And yet, flowers bring a lot of happiness to her and it helps to heal her feeling a lot. The theme about perseverance helps her to reflect on herself and all of the experiences and struggles she have had and how she overcome all of it.
