Proportions is created to show the value of depth and angle in what we see. Our eyes see, but our brain generates the image that we process. In this we see a duller image with a lively image. The contrast also shows a cityscape versus an animal. This can teach any viewer about the gap between man-made artificals objects and natural born objects. Perspective and angle change everything that we see, but we often miss this. Try to see with your eyes, not your brain.
