Dead Weight, 9:00

The story of Dead Weight is the exploration of trying to find a better understanding of oneself. For us this was a full year project, we started working on it in September making the first part in the style of a mockumentary. With Spring Arts coming around we wanted to make a full blown narrative around the character Godfrey. We felt we could unravel further layers of his character, where Godfrey realizes his life isn’t dependent on one thing.

Waiting For Him, 5:00

The kindness of a young man sparks gratefulness into the community he lives around.
My short film is intended to shine light on the simple acts of kindness and its powerful ripple effects within a community in a world that is often tainted by cynicism and personal gain. "Waiting For Him" is the title of this five-minute film, which explores the heart of a young man whose small deeds of generosity spread gratitude throughout the community he lives in. I aimed for this film to resonate with the concept of being an embodiment of global citizenship.

The Tower of Rowena, 9:00
This film is a horror story showing what a tarantula would do if it was a giant and human level intelligent. The theme is that in film, anything is possible and even impossible things can become possible. Afterall, there are some talking animals in my film, along with a giant spider. There are even times when Rowena shows signs of human intelligence and emotion

Energy, 5:28
Energy is a film that uses light, color, and movement to express a message. This film is an examination of a perspective of meditation and mindfulness perceived and experienced through nature and the energy that flows through it. Some visuals that represent this, that are featured in the film, would be the repetition and use of sun and bright colors, ambient noise, soft movements, and meditative thought provocation to the audience.
