Music is in the Wind is a small sculpture of mountains with song lyrics written on them. This piece demonstrates a theme that music can express happiness and also sorrow. The music that Gianna listens to when she is happy is written in red and yellow and the music that helps Gianna when she is feeling down in the blues is written in blue and black; the artist’s names are also shared on one of the mountains. The piece is of mountains because of the peace and serenity being around mountains can bring someone and music and do the same thing too. This piece is supposed to have the audience reflect on the music they listen to and how it makes them feel, also the vibes one can feel being in nature.
